Cancellation Policy

Rentals To confirm our services, full payment is required to finalize the booking. Please note that a non-refundable booking fee of 25% will be deducted from the rental amount in the event of cancellation for any reason not attributable to us. Additionally, delivery charges, attendant services, and any supplementary supplies will incur extra costs. Deposits of $50.00 for each rental item must be made prior to the event or can be paid in cash upon pickup or delivery. The full deposit will be refunded upon the return of items in the same condition in which they were received. By booking with us, you agree to this deposit policy and the terms outlined above.
