Classic Cake Order Policy

Our Classic Cake Collection features pre-designed cakes with minimal customization options. If you would like significant design changes, custom decorations, or personalized elements, please complete our Custom Cake Inquiry Form and include a reference photo of your desired style.

Please note that we do not create exact replicas, we use your inspiration photos as a reference to design a custom cake in our own artistic style.

Any changes to your cake's size, design, flavour, or order details must be requested at least 7 days before your scheduled pickup date. While we will do our best to accommodate changes after this deadline, they cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional fees.

Kupcakes & Treats reserves the right to photograph all cakes and desserts for use on our website, social media platforms, and other marketing materials without compensation.

Allergen Notice

Our products are prepared in a kitchen where common allergens, including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts, are present. While we take care during preparation, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from cross contact. It is the customer's responsibility to inform guests of any food allergies. Kupcakes & Treats is not liable for allergic reactions resulting from the consumption of our products.
